Kashmiri Steamed Cake


We make desi pitha in winter. However, you can make Kashmiri steamed cake at home to make a difference in taste.

Materials


1. 2 cups of Atap rice powder.

2. 1 cup of Polaway rice powder.

3. 1 cup of liquid milk.

4.1 cup of Patali molasses.

5. 3 tablespoons of Mawa.

6. 2 tablespoons of pistachios.

7. 2 tablespoons of almonds.

8. 3 tablespoons of raisins.

9. 2 tablespoons of almonds, and a little salt.


How to make


Add a little salt and milk to the rice powder and leave it for a few hours. Sift through a sieve.

 Make a cake in a steamed cake pan with a little rice powder, almonds, raisins, powdered mawa and lightly pressed rice powder on top. Serve hot.
